Another reason………..

Once again there is minimum scrap. The majority of this scrap came from window and door cut outs. A couple of pieces overage and the rest just trim. This is what happens when you build a house based on lumber dimensions, no offsets, and no extra gables in the roof. Also we waited until the house was framed, measured for the metal lengths, and then ordered. No dimension mistakes and very little trimming.
